Our rooms on the Obereggen mountain pastures are deliberately simple, with natural materials, warm lighting and a splendid view of the mountains.  Here you can relax after an active day, read, dream and recharge your batteries.

What you should know

  • Arrival and departure

    • Rooms are available from 3 p.m.
    • Please vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

  • Parking

    Parking is free of charge directly at the mountain lodge.

  • Tourist tax

    The tourist tax is €2.70 per person (aged 14 and over) per night and is payable on site.

  • Payment methods

    A deposit of 50% of the total stay price is required at the time of booking.

    Please transfer the amount within 10 days from the booking date to the following bank account (IBAN: IT29H0816258661000301000322)


    In case of cancellation or no-show, the general cancellation conditions apply; the amount will be refunded or retained accordingly.

    The booking will only be confirmed after receipt of payment.

  • Cancellation conditions

    Cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code 

    • There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. However, we grant you the right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
    • The booking can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 months before the arrival date. 
    • Cancellation no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total agreed price.
    • In the event of a no-show or early departure, payment is due for the entire booking period.

    We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking your stay!
